UPDATE. We were contacted by Royal, got the quote & plan to use them to replace our doors. I’m updating the rating. Our previous good experiences with them made us feel comfortable using them again. We’ve had good luck with this company in the past but last week they were a no-show 3 different times for us to get an estimate for new garage doors. They did call one of those times to reschedule but still didn’t show up for the rescheduled time.
Edited review- The company understood my concern and was willing to provide a fair solution. Original- I explained that the seal around our garage door was letting in so much of a draft and light that it seemingly counteracted having a new insulated garage. They came out and worked on it.

This was a very good experience. AARON was respectful, courteous, honest and went out of his way to make sure the project was done correctly. My garage was damaged from the May tornado and there were no sudden mark up in prices! I highly recommend them and will always use them.

We have used Royal multiple times. The first time they corrected an issue from a different garage door company and it cost less. The second time our spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday. We called Monday morning and they were out that afternoon to fix it. They are affordable, always quick to respond, and get the work done right.
Just installed a new door. The guy came out and definitely knows what he's doing. I normally see at least two people installing them but this guy did it by himself in a couple of hours and everything is great!
I called three companies. Royal is the only one that would fix my doors everyone else said they didn’t have the parts because they were too old and it was a job for a handyman. anyway they were here in less than 10 minutes and gone and 15 thank you!
Don was able to come out same day and diagnosed our problem within minutes of coming out to our house. This was after trying to work with others to figure out the problem. Appreciate him so much!
We called becuase one of the tensioner springs jumped and caused the door to stay slanted. It bent the railing moved the door sensor a few rollers fell out. I honestly thought I was going to need a new door or rails. But nope the guy came out and he fixed it. He made it look too easy. It took him less than 15 mins if that. I will for sure be calling them for any garage needs later in the future.
